2017 INFRASTRUCTURE AFRICA BUSINESS FORUM - Techgist.africa

This event will be held form the 21st to the 22nd of August this year in the Sandton Convention Center in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The highlights of the event held in 2015 include over 65 speakers attending, over 450 delegates, more than 300 business matchmaking meetings, and a total of 20 company showcase stands.

In 2016, the event grew even bigger partly due to their partnership with the African Development Bank (AfDB) to help make it happen.

The event was also co-hosted with the AfDB Africa Inclusive Infrastructure Forum. The event had over 90 speakers, more than 600 delegates in attendance, and over 54 African Infrastructure ministers were invited.

The event is being organized by Siyenza Management (PTY) LTD. The event covers sectors needing major attention in Africa including transport, air, ports, rails, roads, energy, information and communication technologies, trans-boundary water resources, and finances.

Some of the major speakers include Daniel T. Makokera. CEO of Pamuzinda Productions; Jacob Zuma, the president of the republic of South Africa; Rob Davis, the minister of trade and industry in the Republic of South Africa; Lerato Mataboge, the CEO of Trade Invest Africa; and Duane Newman, the Director of Cova Advisory & Associates, just to name a few.

The audiences and target markets that the event focus on are policy makers, engineering firms, private equity investors, legal consultants, insurance companies, infrastructure development agencies, procurement companies, construction companies, port developers/operators, financial institutions, banks, and many more!
