Access UK Launches in South Africa

Access UK, a new online visa application platform has launched in South Africa. This platform will allow customers to book their visa application appointment, scan and upload their documents all from the comforts of their home. Access UK will grant customers access to continuous updates of their application till the day of their appointment.

Customers will no longer need to submit their original documentation but will provide their passports so a vignette could be placed to verify authenticity. The Access UK application is fully operational in South Africa, Lesotho and eSwatini.

The platform is available on mobile devices- enabling application forms to be completed on smartphones or tablets and making it more convenient for the customer. It is a concise and quicker way to complete processes- questions are only asked when they are relevant to a customer’s previous answers. Access to review, edit and download partially completed application at any point before submission- making it simpler to check, edit and update responses as required.

Application fee is displayed in local currency- making it easier to understand the overall cost.

Access UK earlier launched in Kenya last month and it is also available in China and Turkey. Access UK means visa customers can: Make quicker visa applications using an intuitive online form. Use an easy-to-follow checklist which eases the application process. Conveniently select a standard, priority or super-priority service (where available).
