SMALLCHOPS.NG MAKES PARTY ORGANISATION EASIER

The Nigerian based startup smallChops.ng was launched back in August 2016 and now has over 200 reliable, certified vendors across many different locations.

The smallChops.ng platform provides an online service that allows its user to order finger foods, also known as “small chops” in the West Africa region.

Users do not have to bother about judging which vendor to pick their food form. The platform picks the very best vendors in the region in terms of quality and delivers that food to the user.

This platform started when the founder and CEO of the company, Uche Ukonu was told that finger foods were next to impossible to deliver back in 2015. He sought to prove that statement false, thus making the platform known as smallChops.ng.

There have been many food delivery startups that have proved to pose as strong competition for the startup over the years. All its deliveries are handled by the Metro African Express (MAX).

The service has proven most effective in the areas of Lagos by far. Despite this, the service is somewhat active around the rest of the country, too.

The response and feedback of the platform is much better than Ukonu had hoped and expected for. The demand for finger foods is rather high. As said by Ukonu himself, the company’s profits have steadily doubled quarter after quarter ever since the platform was introduced to the public.

For now, Ukonu plans to focus all his efforts and investments on this single market in the hopes of expanding further. Despite its steady growth over the months since its start, Ukonu knows that his platform can continue to grow even more.
