The program helps students strengthen their confidence and resilience, by offering them means to deal with the challenges that arise along the way– in addition to strategic business structure strategies. The program will address; Financial Management Systems, Cloud Computing, and Social Media Marketing. The women will become members of CiTis alumni for ongoing access to relevant content, events and further support after graduating.

Marietjie Engelbrecht, CiTis Head of Communication said “Having a positive state of mind, well-being and believing in your own abilities are critical in business success. Participants are exposed to a broader perspective – outside of the business element – to also appreciate and accept themselves. A strong support system is elemental in an efficient, sustainable business structure and CiTis program leaders understand this.”

To qualify, applicants must be female founders and CEOs between the age of 25 – 50, who have a registered business for at least a year. Applicants must be based in the Western Cape, have at least one staff member employed by their business and be available to attend weekly workshops every Thursday morning for the duration of the program (April – June).
