Estonian on-demand taxi company, Bolt has rolled out a new feature to accommodate group trips in Lagos Nigeria called ’Bolt XL’. This feature will be able to accommodate up to 6 passengers.

Prior to the XL feature, Bolt could only pick up a maximum of 4 passengers. This 4 passengers feature wasn’t really convenient for riders, considering that space could not contain a group larger than 4.

The new service is ideal for group hangouts, families, airport pickups and even leaves legroom for stretching. This new service, in a nutshell, will offer more room to move, more luggage space, and more fun time at a subsidized price.

Since its rebrand from Taxify, Bolt has been making sleek moves to stay ahead of the competition in the ride-hailing market. They recently rolled out Bolt for Business—a feature that will enable companies to book trips for staff on duty.

The Bolt for Business feature allows companies to manage the staff trip from a single dashboard instead of refunding each staff at the end of a trip.

The Bolt XL feature is another icing on the cake for the ride-hailing company. It is tailored for convenience and comfort. All riders need do is swipe right to locate the Bolt XL feature. Riders can now choose between an LTE, Bolt or XL feature from the Bolt app.
