Telecoming expands to African Mobile Market, Partners with Maliyo

Telecoming, a Europe based company that monetizes digital content has signed an agreement with Nigeria’s pioneer mobile gaming company to distribute Maliyo’s games to users across 6 countries in Africa. This partnership will boost Telecoming’s presence in the African market.

Maliyo games, led by Hugo Obi, built an App Store for local apps in 2015. They aim to provide Africans with entertaining games that will focus on African daily culture. The games acquired by Telecoming depicts the everyday life of Africans. The games are fun, engaging and are expected to reach all audience.

Considering that great user experiences come from quality content integrated with technology, Telecomings aims to leverage this partnership to develop digital services that will give excellent user experience.  According to Nicolas Gimenez, Telecoming’s Content Director, the agreement with Maliyo games allows them to include a high-quality local offer in their ‘state-of-the-art’ mobile services.
