The Africa Blockchain Conference is an avenue for techpreneurs and enthusiasts to address the opportunities and threats posed by the latest technologies. The first edition, held in May 2018, was the largest blockchain conference in Africa. The Blockchain Association of Uganda, CryptoSavannah, Ministry of ICT and National Guidance will host the second edition of the Africa Blockchain Conference in Kampala.

What to Expect
The conference is a platform for local and international stakeholders to share knowledge and experience with emerging technology across different sectors. The theme of this year is “Africa 4.0: Preparing Africa for the Fourth Industrial Revolution”. The event will hold on the 3rd and 4th of July 2019 at the Serena Conference Center, Kampala. It will include an exhibition tagged ‘Tech Expo’; to showcase leading technology innovations in Africa.

There will be keynote speeches and panel sessions on Artificial Intelligence, nanotechnology, Blockchain, drones, robotics and Big Data, with a focus on the 4th Industrial Revolution.
