This partnership will deliver solutions to drive the adoption of mobile wallets, digital currency, cashless transactions and financial inclusion. TerraPay seeks to go beyond domestic payments services to providing global remittances.
Ambar Sur, Ram Sundaram, Aniruddha Sane and Akbar Hussain founded TerraPay in 2015. The company builds payment infrastructures for B2B companies. These include real-time cross border payment services for mobile wallets, bank accounts, and domestic faster payment systems. TerraPay operates across 45 countries globally.
The CEO, Ambar Sur, said that the partnership will serve as a next step towards the development of sustainable and scalable interoperable payment options for their partners, as well as their consumers’ payment requirements. He also added that they want partners to focus on their customer’s payment needs by assisting them with the technology to deliver payment solutions.
