American multinational technology giant, Oracle following its commitment to delivering the most modern cloud technologies and infrastructure for the region, launches the Dubai cloud data center.
The launch has been welcomed as a timely development in UAE as the country positions itself as a global hub for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, smart city, Internet of Things, and advanced technologies supported by Artificial Intelligence.
Congratulatory messages in a speech made by Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director-General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), appreciated Oracle for the establishment of Zayed Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Hub in the UAE.
He further added the increasing demand for reliable real-time data and communication exchanges across global data center platforms around the world among which the Dubai Regional Cloud Data Center is now a part.
While also pointing out the increased partnership between government and private sectors that is formed in the fast-evolving digital nation.
