Work 2.0 was known previously as the Training & Development show Africa. Proudly the only event that changes technology and the way work transpires in the workplace.

The event will be held this year from 3 – 4 October 2017 at Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The purpose of the event is to inspire visitors with innovations in the hopes of improving workspaces and encourage them to prosper.  You can attend either the free expo or the premium conference. 

Free expo applicants can experience the latest tech improving workspace design as well as experience live demonstrations at the open theatres present.

Corporate Delegates attending the premium conference will have the option of attending 4 different conferences including: Learning at Work, Future of Work, HR Technology, and Wellness at Work.  These conferences will cover what Africa’s most creative and successful companies do to train, draw in, and maintain their staff.

Key figures participating in the event include Simon Rey of Ecobank, Head of Group Talent, Learning & Organizational Development. Pearl Maphoshe who is the Group Executive of Human Resources to the company Pick n Play.  Lucky Mandlazi, Human Resources Director of Levi Strauss & Co. Jayshree Naidoo, Incubator Head of Standard Bank. Paul Norman, Group Chief of Human rexources and Corporate affairs Officer of MTN and Scott Frasard, author of Training initiatives and Strategies for the Modern Workforce.
