Expected Solutions
Seedstars Africa Ventures is looking for African innovations that can disrupt existing markets or build entirely new ones.
These solutions can be technologically or non-technologically oriented, and they can concern product, operation, marketing, or organizational innovation.
Scope
Financial services, health, education, agriculture, electricity, logistics, mobility, telecommunications, business services, consumer goods… are all possible market verticals for the company to operate in.
The company must be active in Africa and have some momentum there (e.g. sales, users…)
Selection criteria :
– Geography: At the moment, Africa is your primary market.
– Innovation: The company is using technology or other types of innovation tailored for the continent to solve a problem.
– Solution maturity: The solution has already been commercialized and has shown growth potential.
– Scalability: The business has pan-African potential in a wide market.
