On June 18, Yuanrong Qixing (deeproute.ai) and Debon Express reached a cooperation agreement.

Yuanrong Qixing’s self-driving light truck will provide Debon Express with a one-year normalized freight transfer service, powered by technology, and assist Debon Express to improve Transportation efficiency to ensure safe and efficient delivery of express shipments.

This is the first commercialized L4 self-driving light truck project in China.

During driving, the self-driving light truck can calmly handle complex scenarios such as night driving on urban roads and tunnel traffic, and has the stable driving ability even in thunderstorms to ensure the operational efficiency of intra-city logistics.

According to the company, self-driving light trucks are equipped with sensors such as lidar, cameras, millimeter-wave radar, and integrated navigation.

These sensors are similar to human “eyes” and can “see” various participants in urban traffic. With the help of the L4 level automatic driving system equipped in the car, the self-driving light truck has a “brain” that can think and judge.

After the sensor “sees” various traffic participants, it can quickly plan and decide the optimal driving path, and can also Solve complex and special road conditions such as “ghost probe” and “jamming”, the statement said.

Since its establishment in February 2019, Yuanrong Qixing (deeproute.ai) has accumulated more than 5 million kilometers of safety road test mileage across the country.
