Google is now taking applications for the third edition of its Startup Accelerator for the MENA region, which aims to help young businesses accelerate their development.
Start-ups between Seed and early Series A funding will be the focus of the three-month digital accelerator program, which will be available online starting in January.
The third cohort of selected start-ups will be unveiled by the end of November.
Google will evaluate problems that a start-up is attempting to solve, how it produces value for users, and how it addresses a real difficulty for the start-local up’s base when considering applications for the Mena accelerator program, according to the Alphabet-owned business.
According to the company, it will also look into whether the start-up intends to apply artificial intelligence and machine learning technology in the product, service, or operations to solve present business difficulties and successfully scale over time.
The finalists will be mentored on technical and business issues, product design, customer acquisition, and leadership development, as well as receiving one-on-one coaching from Google specialists, all of which will help them prepare for their investor pitch.
The deadline for submitting an application is October 14th.
