Debo Engineering has developed an app that routinely detects and classifies plant ailments by image detection as soon as an algorithm runs the image. 

Debo designs and develops good engineering options for the agricultural sector. The Start-up banks on applied engineering focused on newly developed applied sciences such as ML, synthetic intelligence, IoT, image processing, cellular computing, and large-scale information.

In the case of huge rental farms, Debo has a desktop utility connecting business farms and analytical institutes to build farm evaluation and drone rental companies. Many of the prospects for the start-up are city farmers in the metropolis of Jimma. Over the final 12 months, Debo represented over 300 prospects. 

The founders of Debo Engineering are Boaz Berhanu and Jermia Bayisa. Each of them has an engineering background and has so far won a range of accolades. The crew clinched the Ethiopia Competitors of Novice Innovation and Agritech Slam 2019 Business Competitors and MEST Africa. This has allowed them to increase preliminary financing to begin implementing the principles of their enterprise.
