In the coming weeks, Nedbank will launch South Africa’s first fully digital direct bank feed powered API. The new feed will soon go live and provide access to regular financial data to small businesses and their advisors, allowing them to better manage cash flow.
Once alive, small businesses and their advisors will be able to easily link their Nedbank account to Xero and automatically and safely import banking transactions from their account every business day.
Companies and advisors will be ready to manage statements; produce intelligent, shareable reports and invoices online; and check their cash flow from almost anywhere.
During this crucial time, getting these kinds of insights into their financial position is important for small businesses to make informed decisions.
Commenting on the new collaboration, Alan Shannon, Nedbank Executive: Technical and Small-Business Banking Customer Engagement, says: “Our support for small business is unwavering as we adapt to the new normal, and our partnership with Xero is another way we vote for small business by providing them with the tools necessary to restore their edge.”
The new bank feed will be readily accessible at no extra cost to Nedbank small business clients, with a Xero account.
