The latest edition of the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme is now accepting applications in Nigeria, and it’s looking for people who are enthusiastic about clean technology, combating climate change, and having a positive effect.

The initiative focuses on Nigerian cleantech companies and SMEs developing innovative and game-changing products in the following critical sectors: transportation, green buildings, waste beneficiation, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and advanced materials and chemicals.

Through the Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) Nigeria, SMEs with an eye toward deploying innovative cleantech products and services in developing economies can speed up their growth.

The selected startups will receive equity-free capital, tailored advisory services, coaching and mentorship, opportunities to network and raise money on a national and international scale, and introductions to potential investors over the length of the program.

The deadline for applications is May 12.

To apply or for more information visit the website.
