Hello Tractor, an initiative from Kenya that encourages tractor sharing across the continent, has won the fifth annual CATAPULT: Inclusion Africa programme.
The CATAPULT: Inclusion Africa program, created by the Luxembourg House of Financial Technologies (LHoFT), a public/private national fintech platform, and supported by the Ministry of Foreign & European Affairs’ Directorate for Development and Humanitarian Affairs, aims to forge links with Luxembourg’s microfinance and broader finance industry while highlighting their initiatives in line with the s.
After receiving over 400 applications, 15 African fintech startups were chosen to go to Luxembourg to take part in the programme’s fifth edition.
Each participant had to give a three-minute pitch, which was followed by a two-minute jury question-and-answer session.
The winner was Hello Tractor.
It is an honor to receive this distinguished award in such a talented area.
The combination of world-class mentors, guest speakers, and peer-to-peer learning through the Catapult cohort has given Hello Tractor a fresh perspective, according to Jamie Goode, CCO of the company.
