In addition to acquiring high-quality animation series, songs, and games for its library, Jeel Platform, an edutainment startup, has raised $1.2 million in seed capital from Kuwaiti and Jordanian angel investors.

Under the guidance of parenting experts, Jeel’s platform is developed to meet particular educational and psychological objectives.

It provides youngsters with a plethora of multilingual English and Arabic edutainment content while also allowing parents to manage their children’s use of the app using the app’s extensive control features.

“Jeel Platform is continuously moving forward with a defined vision and plan, and this step propels us closer to our next goal.” “As part of our expansion strategy, we expect to launch more products and services soon,” said Ahmed Sobaih, CEO of Jeel Platform.

The platform, which was founded in 2019 by Ahmed Sobaih in the United States and now has operations in Riyadh and Cairo, provides children with exclusive and safe educational programs, shows, music, stories, and games. The platform’s team consists of over 60 full-time experts and specialists, as well as more than 150 part-time and freelance creatives, with the number continuing to grow as the firm grows.

The funds will be used to expand the company’s services, strengthen technical capacity, and hire more people.
