The High Growth Coaching Program is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to create a business action plan with the help of a personal business coach and a group of women who will hold you accountable.
This is a digital program available to all Nigerian women-owned businesses.
Selected startups will have access to 18 masterclasses with top industry experts on critical business skills, as well as the chance to win exciting prizes to help them develop.
This program includes:
- 3 months of intensive business and operational training.
- Access to a select group of high-achieving founders
- Calls with a personal business coach to check in
- Meetings of a virtual support group are held every month.
- Scorecards with your name on them to keep track of your weekly lessons and your company.
- Assist in the creation of a strategic plan with measurable objectives.
How The Program Works:
- Step 1: Put together a strong application kit, perform well in the semi-final interviews, and be chosen by the SLA committee.
- Step 2: Register for the SLA app, which will house all of your learning.
- Step 3: For the next three months, get access to 18 masterclasses with top industry experts on critical business skills.
- Step 4: Meet with your business coach, who will help you set KPIs for your business, recommend masterclasses that are important to your objectives, and provide any other assistance you will need.
- Step 5: Showcase your business to both domestic and foreign investors.
