FCMB partners with Passion Incubator to launch the Tech Pitch Perfect Challenge. Fintech startups with innovative solutions can apply and pitch creative e-payment, e-collections and e-savings solutions that encourages saving and investments for business-to-customer transactions. Two selected startups will go home with a cash prize of 1 million naira and a shared co-working access for a year at Hub One.
First City Monument Bank (FCMB) Limited is a member of FCMB Group Plc, one of the leading financial services institutions in Nigeria. Last month, the bank launched Hub One, a conducive environment designed to foster collaboration and drive creativity within Nigeria’s tech start-up ecosystem.
Hub One, which was created in partnership with Passion Incubator, is a professional office space with unlimited internet, constant power supply, free coffee and a community of like minds. It hosts several incubation programs, hackathons and pitches to support a platform for tech start-ups.

Passion Incubator is an early-stage technology accelerator with expertise in innovation program design and tech investments. It works with startups to develop their business ideas into successful companies with an aim to increase the number of partnerships between corporates and startups by creating platforms for innovators and business owners to connect and exchange value.
Criteria for Eligibility
Fintechs should proffer E-payment and E-collections solutions that allow B2C outlets like restaurants, associations/clubs, schools, hospitals and churches receive payment swiftly. They can also provide E-savings solutions that encourage savings and investments and does not require physically opening an account.
