Ten tech start-ups in Egypt have pitched at a demo day that concluded the first MINT Incubator programme, an equity-free accelerator run by investment network Cairo Angels and EGBank.
Thirty startups were chosen to take part in the intensive three-month programme, which was designed to accelerate the growth of product-ready startups who want to take their business to the next level. This group of 30 was narrowed down to 10, who received mentorship and took part in workshops before pitching to an audience of investors at demo day.
The 10 selected startups included food delivery platform The Meal Kit, cybersecurity service CyberTalents, driving lesson booking platform Direxiona, IoT startup NIoTEK, and art marketplace Flareinn. Artist network Jidar, m-health startup Roshetta, tourism network X-Venturer, e-commerce platform Sheyaka, and vehicle maintenance platform Odiggo completed the list.
