NG_Hub, a collaborative space owned by Facebook in partnership with CCHub (CoCreation Hub) in Lagos Nigeria, turned one on the 22nd of May 2019.
The hub, which was created as part of Facebook’s commitment to the Nigerian startup ecosystem, has played host to programs like, FbStart Accelerator, Digify Africa, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) meetups, and #SheMeansBusiness.
NG_Hub is a spacious co-working space that connects developers, startups and a wider community of the tech ecosystem. They come together in the hub to collaborate, learn and exchange innovative ideas. The aim of the hub is to train and equip individuals and businesses to grow.
To mark the celebration Facebook released an infographic to highlight its achievement over the past year.

NG_Hub has played host to 526 events with over 11,490 attendees. Some of the programs include; AR/VR meetups, the FbStart Accelerator program, Facebook Community Leaders Community meetings (CLC), etc.
Facebook through the hub has supported 11 different industries like; agriculture, catering, education and education.
The space has also trained over 50,800 small businesses in digital skills within 20 states in Nigeria.
Facebook also put out testimonials of the hubs DigifyPro NG Graduates
Bosun Tijani, Founder/CEO of CcHub, said they are excited about the impact that Facebook’s investment in NG_HUB has had so far. He said they are committed to join Facebook positioning NG_HUB as a major platform that will drive the smart application of technology innovation for economic prosperity across Africa and beyond.
