CodeLn, a technical platform based in Ghana, has a digitized tech recruitment platform. They will leverage the digitized platform to connect African techpreneurs to global clients. CodeLn took to its twitter page to make the announcement.

Founded in 2017, CodeLn seek to bridge the gap between innovative African startups and global clients in need of innovative services. The platform was founded by Elohor Thomas, Philisiah Mwaluma, Dennis Nduta, and Dexter Ouattara.

CodeLn handles 3 stages of tech recruitment viz; Sourcing, Screening, and Interview. It screens its candidates based on their; skills, work experience history, and portfolio. The platform leverages its inbuilt testing tool to screen and assess candidates. Also, it sets up interviews between recruiters and developers.
The platform currently runs a database of about 8,000 software engineers from 12 African countries. The company aims to grow to become like Andela and Natterbase.
CodeLn operates across Lagos, Accra, and, Nairobi. The offices operate in courtesy of the MEST incubator network. CodeLn participated in 2018’s MEST incubator, where it secured $100,000 funding.
