Co-creation Hub and Google for Startups have announced the launch of PitchDrive II. This will be an opportunity for 10 African hardware and advanced technology startups to spend three weeks across Singapore, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo.

The selected startups will visit Asian manufacturers to learn from the technology market and also explore business opportunities. The first Pitchdrive was inaugurated by CcHub and Google in 2017. A total of 14 top tech startups from 8 African countries were taken for a tour to London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Zurich and Paris.

The tour is aimed to facilitate collaboration between these two continents and strengthen technological growth.  The cohort will start with two days Bootcamp at the Kigali-based CcHub Design Lab on 15th and 16th of August.

Applicants must have a registered enterprise and should produce a minimum of 12 months of revenue-generating operations. Hardware-based startups, looking to partner with international manufacturers can apply for the Pitchdrive II.
