Indigram Lab Foundation (ILF), has signed a new agreement with Excel Hort Consult Agribusiness Incubator EHCAI based in Uganda. The agreement will provide investment opportunities and jobs for startups in Africa and India via business incubation and technology exchange.
Founded in 2015, Indigram Labs Foundation is an India-based business incubator and accelerator Lab. The foundation aims to support global entrepreneurs that impact the world. It has supported 1,800 agritech ventures and aims to support 100 more ventures in the next 10 years. The need to accomplish its 10-year mission spurred the agreement with EHCAI.

The agreement will increase the value of tech startups in Africa. As it offers both incubator and accelerator programs. It will also help the EHCAI acquire knowledge and expertise to grow its business in Uganda.
Also, the partnership will give birth to international innovation opportunities, create a platform for cross-learning and knowledge sharing and introduce best tech practices to start-up in Uganda and India.
Furthermore, the agreement will enable technology-based universities and institutes to undertake collaborative research and development. this will cut across areas like; agri-tech, agri-business, food technology, artificial intelligence, and Blockchain programming.
This collaboration will inspire the creation of new innovative technology, measurement of market desirability, feasibility, viability, and adaptability for the innovation/product.
