Inlaks, a leading system integrator in Africa is set to launch an innovation lab called ‘thehatch’. They plan to use this opportunity to support young techpreneurs create innovative solutions to the fintech sector. This lab supports Inlaks’ vision to expand to a new phase tagged ‘Inlaks 2.0’.
The lab will be an innovative space to build and scale for Fintech startups. It will guarantee an easy penetration into the fintech market by providing access to resources, finances, and collaborations that will birth the best fintech solutions.

The launch of “thehatch” will be preceded by a hackathon themed – Shaping the future of Insurance. The hackathon will boost the development of tech innovative solutions that provides solutions to the insurance sector. It is aimed at housing about 100 participants of 20 teams.
According to Femi Adeoti, the Managing Director, Africa Operations, Inlaks; their goal is to walk startups to greater heights by leveraging their global clients, partners and all available opportunities.
