Du, Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) and Etisalat, Emirates Telecommunication Group Company, have officially confirmed the finalization of their Master Developer Agreements (MDAs) with Emaar Properties.
As part of the new agreement, both operators will cover Emaar’s major projects and provide critical telecommunications infrastructure through the Taawun infrastructure deployment initiative.
Customers will be able select their preferred retail telecommunications operator and the arrangement will further reinforce the government’s long-term vision of developing smart infrastructure and establishing a robust telecommunications sector for master developers. Under the MDA, du and Etisalat will install, maintain and oversee state-of-the-art fixed telecommunications services and solutions across various sites, including Al Aryam Phase II, Lagoons Phase 1, Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar Valley, Emaar Dubai South, Mina Rashid Properties, Dubai Hills Estates and Arabian Ranches Phase 3.
