Oui Capital, an Africa-focused early stage venture capital has partnered with IBM, a global IT giant to provide 10 startups affiliates with $120,000 IBM Cloud credits. The startups will receive the credit through the Startup with IBM program.
Oui Capital will through the partnership, provide startups with secure access to IBM tools. The tools will be used to integrate solutions with cutting-edge technologies that will help deliver more value. Also, startups affiliated with Oui Capital will have access to display their solutions on IBM Marketplace and the IBM’s global network.

According to Oui Capital, the cloud credits grants client’s access to over 130 services and tools. These include Artificial Intelligence (AI), IBM’s Watson suite, Internet of Things (IoT), advanced data analytics, developer tools and educational resources. The credits also have technical support that helps in building solutions.
Olu Oyinsan, Oui Capitals founder mentioned earlier in 2019, that they are looking to invest in a total of six to eight startups in Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa. He said they would be investing the sum of $100,000 in fintech, EdTech, healthtech, mobility and logistics.
