Mshtarii Investments has launched 5 new platforms across a wide range of industries, with aims to empower graduate interns to participate in their Mshtarii Software Development Academy. The Mshtarii Academy offers two Seta accredited courses- end user computing and software development. The company hires the services of newly graduates from; Durban University of Technology (DUT) and Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT).
Richard Hall Mshtarii’s director believes that the Academy will be hugely beneficial for both employers and students. He further explained that there is great benefit for graduates on the job, with experiences that puts them in a stronger position to find employment with their newly acquired skills and knowledge. Employers on the other hand can identify and nurture future employees that are not only adequately qualified and ready for work, but will also contribute to bringing the country’s unemployment rate down.
