Big news! East Africa Fruits, a social enterprise based in Tanzania has secured $2.05 million series A round and $950,000 debt funding. The fund will be used to build Its essential supply-chain infrastructure.
Next, eight startups across Africa have been selected to participate in the 2020 ASME ISHOW (American Society of Mechanical Engineers Innovation Showcase). The startups from Kenya, Nigeria, and Egypt, will present their prototypes at the virtual event on the 19th-21st of May 2020.
