Recent improvements on WhatsApp makes it easier for users to clear up space on their mobile device using the new features of their storage management system.
The new tool enables users to view all shared media content and documents on the app according to their sizes and separately decide what unwanted files to delete from the group and individual conversations on the mobile app.
Thumbnails are also created for content to be deleted and categorize the files by the frequency at which it has been forwarded or files that are larger than 5MB.
This enables users to experience a faster process in freeing up space from their mobile devices. This feature is available on the app by going to Settings > Storage and data > Manage storage.
