The sixth AFD Digital Challenge, which is focused on the cultural and creative industries, is now accepting applications.
All Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) startups and organizations that use digital technology at the core of their solution and have a workable business plan are eligible for the competition.
The Agence Française de Développement (AFD) is committed to assisting high-impact tech entrepreneurs in Africa for the sixth year running.
AFD will provide them with help in the form of an “acceleration package” that combines technical assistance and financial assistance up to US$49,000 per laureate.
In addition to receiving financial support, the 10 winning projects will also get assistance in advancing their initiatives and taking part in the advancement of culture and creativity through technology and digital innovation in Africa.
The application deadline is February 24.
