Crenov8 Consulting; a leading consulting and digital technology firm in the Middle east, Dubai and Africa is set to hold its agro export conference tagged Meet the Farmers Conference (MTFC), Nigeria on October 10, 2018 at Intercontinental Hotel, Lagos.

Meet The Farmers’ Conference is an agro stakeholders’ conference that aims to connect large scale agro commodity producers to buyers and investors in the Middle East, while also establishing and strengthening the international trade ties that exist between Africa and the GCC through agriculture.


In the same vein, Five Rwandan based Agri-tech start-ups have been selected to pitch at the Innov8Agric Challenge. They will do this during the Meet the Farmers Conference (MTFC) which will hold on October 5, 2018 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Rwanda.


In Ghana, iSpace Foundation has won the Google Diversity and Inclusion Award at the Google for Entrepreneurs Summit in New York City #Trailblazers2018. Founded in 2013, iSpace is known to offer a co-working space, tools and facilities for entrepreneurs and start-ups to launch and manage their business ideas.


Ugandan based health start-up, BreastIT has been selected among the five finalist innovations for the 2018 Pistoia Alliance President’s Start-up Challenge. The innovation is a portable diagnosis tool for breast abnormalities like cancer and other diseases that affect the breast. The winning start-up stands a chance of winning a cash prize of USD$20,000 and all five finalists would receive USD$5,000.


Hyperloop, the world’s first full-scale capsule that has the potential to carry passengers at speeds of 700mph has been unveiled in Puerto de Santa Maria, Spain. The slick 105-foot long model called Quintero One, was revealed by Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HyperloopTT) at its facilities in Spain.
