Global consulting and technology firm Capgemini (SE) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Cloud4C, a Singapore‑based provider of automation‑driven managed cloud services for hybrid, private, public and sovereign environments.
The deal, which was announced in August 2025 and subject to regulatory approvals, now gives Capgemini access to Cloud4C’s workforce of approximately 1,600 professionals across 29 countries.
Cloud4C specialises in end‑to‑end cloud consulting, stack migration, management of hybrid and sovereign cloud environments, and value‑added services including process automation, disaster recovery, data loss prevention, cybersecurity, and industry/regulatory compliance.
Capgemini said the acquisition will expand its footprint in the fast‑growing cloud managed services market, which research from IDC projects will grow at a 15% compound annual growth rate from 2024 to 2027. The company further noted that the deal will accelerate its services around SAP (including RISE with SAP) by combining Cloud4C’s expertise with that of Syniti, a data‑migration and governance specialist acquired by Capgemini in December 2024.
Capgemini Chief Executive Officer Aiman Ezzat said in the release: “Cloud4C’s set of comprehensive service offerings built on deep tech proficiency, with hyper‑automated cloud operations across the stack, will bolster the Group’s leadership … in this dynamic space.” Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Chairman and Managing Director of Cloud4C, described the move as “an exciting next chapter” that will broaden his company’s global reach.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The completion follows regulatory clearance, including approval by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in October for the acquisition of the Indian‑operations entities of Cloud4C.
The integration of Cloud4C is expected to provide Capgemini with immediate cross‑selling opportunities, leveraging Cloud4C’s managed‑cloud specialist services across Capgemini’s existing enterprise client base, while also offering Capgemini’s broader transformation and consulting capabilities to Cloud4C clients.
For the broader market, the acquisition reflects the intensifying competition in cloud‑managed services, where scale, automation, AI‑ops and industry‑specific frameworks are increasingly determinative of vendor differentiation.
