Neuron7.ai, an AI-powered customer and field service software firm, has raised $10 million in a funding round led by existing investors Battery Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners.
The company, headquartered in San Jose, California, plans to use the funds to grow its product and customer success teams in the US and India.
Founded in 2020 by Vinay Saini and Niken Patel, Neuron7 leverages AI and natural language processing (NLP) to help service organizations overcome challenges and improve service metrics.
The Neuron7 Service Intelligence Platform is a cloud-based service that extracts intelligence from an enterprise’s data and its people. This collective intelligence is turned into actionable predictions that help people diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
Neuron7 claims to have been deployed by companies such as Keysight Technologies, Xilinx, Parkview Healthcare, Softtek, and others since its launch.
