Belgian startup firm TechWolf, which has raised €10 million in funding.
The Series A round was led by Stride.VC, with participation from Fortino Capital, Acadian Ventures, PMV, Syndicate One, and existing investors.
The extra cash will be used by the startup to execute its go-to-market strategy, ramp up international expansion and boost the R&D of the product.
Founded in 2018 by Andreas De Neve, Jeroen Van Hautte, and Mikaël Wornoo, TechWolf addresses the challenge for large enterprises: a lack of insight into the skills across their workforce, which leads to poor talent management and limited ability to execute business transformations.
Using AI-driven skills intelligence, the startup claims to deliver an instant, up-to-date and unbiased view of skills across the workforce.
Andreas De Neve, CEO, and co-founder, TechWolf said: “We want to put people in a position to develop and do the most with their talent. By supplying employees and leadership teams with real-time skill insights, TechWolf facilitates career development and internal mobility. It elevates the HR function from day-to-day operations to a more proactive and strategic role in the business.”
Mikaël Wornoo, COO and co-founder, TechWolf added: “This switch from highly manual, labor-intensive processes means organizations can swiftly obtain skills data, enabling them to future-proof the skillset of their employees.”
