Florence-based proptech startup Roomless has raised €1.5 million in a seed funding round.

The company focuses on medium and long-term residential property rentals, connecting homeowners with potential tenants.

Already active in Italy, Germany, and Spain, the capital is slated to be used to further expand the team numbers and development of the platform, culminating in expansion plans, culminating in market entries in Portugal and France by year’s end.

Roomless’s  €1.5 million seed round was led by Sensible Capital and saw the participation of Club degli Investitori.
