Austria-based headless content management system (CMS), Storyblok has raised $47 million in funding to enable developers and marketers to deliver powerful content experiences on any digital platform.

 The Series B financing was led by Mubadala Capital and HV 

Capital and joined by existing investors 3VC and firstminute capital.

The company had previously raised $11 million in February 2021.

The new funding will further drive product innovation, growth in the U.S. and Europe as well as an expansion into APAC and growth of the ecosystem of partners and apps.

Founded in 2017 by Dominik Angerer and Alexander Feiglstorfer, the platform supports developers and marketers to deliver powerful content experiences on any digital platform. 

Developers create flexible components that are independently managed by content teams through a collaborative visual editor and customizable workflow.

The platform Storyblok CMS is rolling out new features for digital asset management, visual editing, and real-time collaboration that further boost content operations across all teams.

Dominik Angerer, co-founder, and CEO, Storyblok said: “Changing the way content is managed and published online is an ambitious goal that requires the support of bold investors.”
