Hub71, the technology-ecosystem accelerator located in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), has opened applications for its next cohort of the Access Programme, with a stated deadline of 1 February 2026 for submissions.
The Access Programme is designed for startups at the pre-seed to Series A growth stages seeking to scale from a region-agnostic base into the UAE and beyond. Selected companies receive a suite of support, including in-kind incentives (valued at AED 250,000) and cash investment (AED 250,000 via a SAFE note). Top-performing startups may receive an additional top-up of up to AED 250,000 upon programme completion or after a year.
According to Hub71’s application timeline for “Cohort19”, applications submitted before the 1 February 2026 deadline will be reviewed between November 2025 and April 2026, with onboarding beginning in June 2026 and the 12-month programme officially starting in September 2026.
Applicants are required to meet criteria including:
- A startup with traction or early growth potential (pre-seed to Series A)
- At least one founder committed to relocating long-term and building a team based in Abu Dhabi / ADGM.
- Provision of a pitch deck outlining the problem, solution, value proposition, market traction, team and future plans.
For innovation and technology consulting firms, investors and ecosystem stakeholders operating in Africa or other emerging markets, the Access Programme offers a pathway for local high-growth startups to relocate or expand into the Gulf region tech hub, gain funding, access corporate partnerships, and scale regionally.
Submission deadline: 1 February 2026.
