Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced the selection of 40 startups for its 2025 Generative AI Accelerator (GAIA) program. This initiative aims to support early-stage companies developing innovative generative AI solutions. The eight-week hybrid program will commence on October 13, 2025, at Amazon HQ1 in Seattle and conclude in December at AWS re:Invent 2025 in Las Vegas,

The selected startups represent a global mix, including participants from North America, Asia Pacific and Japan, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Each company will receive up to $1 million in AWS credits, access to AWS’s generative AI tech stack, and mentorship from both business and technical experts. The program focuses on areas such as foundational model development, infrastructure optimization, and AI tooling innovation.

Among the Indian startups selected are Hyperbots, Smallest AI, and Stimuler. Hyperbots offers an agentic AI platform for finance and accounting, Smallest AI focuses on efficient AI model deployment, and Stimuler provides AI-driven language learning solutions.

This year’s cohort marks the third iteration of the GAIA program, reinforcing AWS’s commitment to advancing generative AI globally.
