The Africa Tech Startup Forum, a market access and accelerator programme created to prepare, teach, expose, and connect tech startups with opportunities is now accepting applications.
The Africa Tech Startup Forum, supported by the African Development Bank’s (AfDB) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab with funding from the Korea Africa Economic Cooperation (KOAFEC) Trust Fund, is a vibrant centre for growth, innovation, and cooperation in the continent’s emerging technology sector.
Investor sourcing is another important aspect of the forum, connecting great companies with possible investors ready to fund ground-breaking ventures. A B2B matchmaking platform within the forum fosters strategic partnerships between startups and established businesses.
The programme, which is conducted both in-person and electronically, includes an incubator that gives early-stage digital firms a supportive atmosphere. This programme gives entrepreneurs access to mentorship, collaborative workspaces, and specialised tools.
Agri-tech, fintech, and e-health are among the program’s key industries.
Startups from Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Egypt, Uganda, Nigeria, South Africa, and Ghana are invited to apply.
