An agreement has been signed between Global Voice Group (GVG) and MedUX with a clearly defined roadmap to improve the quality of telecommunication service in Africa, using a new cloud operating system.

With GVG’s specialty in ICT and RegTech solutions for governments and regulators, and MedUX’s capability to measure and monitor the experience and performance of telecom networks, the partnership will significantly boost MedUx’s expansion plans in Africa.

Luis Molina, CEO of MedUX, shared, “After the expansion of MedUX in Europe and Latin America, we will deploy MedUX in Africa, where the telecoms infrastructure will be crucial for the digitization process, to which we wish to contribute.

There is no better strategic partner than Global Voice Group to achieve this goal.

We are very happy with this joint project.” While James Claude, CEO of Global Voice Group, explained that “This partnership is a natural step within our strategy towards the African market, and will enable knowledge exchange, linking different teams’ capabilities to boost the quality of our services.

The technical ‘know-how’ and MedUX’s knowledge regarding customer experience, as well as our track record and a solid infrastructure network in Africa, will allow us to offer a unique experience and an excellent quality of service thanks to the achieved synergies.”
