Samsung is preparing for its third Unpacked event of the year, which will take place in 2021.
The company sent out invites for a virtual event for April 28.
Samsung has not mentioned what the aim of this Unpacked would be. The Galaxy S21 flagship phones (released in January) and the Galaxy A smartphones (released in February) were the previous two (in March).
The invitation states that “the most powerful Galaxy is coming,” implying that Samsung will not be unveiling low-end devices at Unpacked on April 28.
Samsung was rumored to be releasing new Galaxy Book laptops in April, as well as possibly Chromebooks, according to earlier this year’s rumors.
Samsung, like many other mobile manufacturers, has worked to introduce smartphone features to PCs.
Samsung’s rumored new laptops, which may include the Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book Pro 360, are expected to include 5G networking, OLED displays, and other high-end features.
