Firms in Rwanda are invited to submit applications for the second round of the Fintech Incubation, which will assist eight startups in reaching key growth milestones.

The Fintech Innovation Program was introduced in December 2021 by Co-creation Hub in association with Google, Mojaloop Foundation, and the Rwandan government.

It is one of the programs intended to quicken Rwanda’s digital transformation in order to support pan-African innovation ecosystem growth and promote inclusive economic development.

Through an incubation program for two cohorts, CcHUB is assisting early-stage financial entrepreneurs and innovators (with at least an MVP).

A $10,000 grant will be awarded to every one of the 15 startups in each cohort throughout the course of the year.

This is an application for the second cohort of CcHUB’s incubation program, which supports innovators and early-stage fintech startups with at least a minimum viable product (MVP).

The incubation program will give selected startups the chance to gain additional financing through the investor networks of the project partners in addition to providing support and access to Mojaloop and Google resources.

The application deadline is August 4.
