The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), in collaboration with The Rockefeller Foundation, has awarded Techno Brain BPO ITES, a subsidiary of Techno Brain Group, the Global Impact Sourcing Award (GISA).
The Global Impact Sourcing Award (GISA) honors organizations that recruit and offer career growth opportunities to people who would otherwise have few options for long-term jobs.
Techno Brain was named Africa’s only Impact Sourcing BPO Service provider, alongside Indi Village in India, ECLARO in the Philippines, and Career Box, a South African impact sourcing influencer.
Since 2008, Techno Brain BPO has been one of the industry’s leaders, expanding organically to include offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, and Zambia.
Business Process Outsourcing was listed as one of the six economic pillars defined in Kenya’s Vision 2030 blueprint in 2007.
Due to advancements in IT infrastructure, a high literacy rate, and a strategic location as an upcoming business hub for Africa, Kenya has become a favorite BPO destination around the world.
The Global Impact Sourcing Award, according to Techno Brain Group CEO Manoj Shanker, is a culmination of Techno Brain’s vision since its inception: to empower lives and communities around the world.
