South African Yodiwo has partnered with Cold Tech Marketing in a bid to transform the retail sector in South Africa. They aim to achieve this with intelligent IoT platform capabilities, analytics and Machine learning algorithms at a price point versus a response time that’s effective for the local market. Cold Tech Marketing will leverage on the partnership to launch Yodigram image recognition software to its 2.5 million customers in over 19 African countries. Aside Cold Tech’s intelligent IoT platform and systems, Yodigram will also deliver in-store SKU image recognition capabilities with high levels of accuracy and reporting functionality.
The partnership will allow Yodiwo and Cold Tech Marketing long term integration of IoT platforms and reporting systems such as Salesforce Automation Tool. Cold Tech Marketing has a massive presence within East and West Africa. Their operations expand continuously as they move into new markets and territories. The partnership will allow the company to cement its offering within its markets while enhancing its intelligent services and IoT capabilities.
Founded in 2015, Yodiwo is an Internet of Things technology enabler with a unique framework for bridging things and applications over the cloud.

It allows its users to connect different network devices and sensors and turn them into ready-to-use functions. It also allows its users to create IoT user stories on a visual canvas, and transform its users’ data into actionable items and achieve business efficiency. They are in partnership with IBM, WEST, NCP, and FREE2MOVE. It offers its users with solutions such as facility management and retail business. It also offers its users with consulting and project management for system integrators, implementations that includes consulting and deliverables, and training services for clients and system integrators.
