Africa Tech Summit 2024

Applications are now open for African tech startups to pitch at the Africa Tech Summit (ATS) Investment Showcase, which will hold its sixth edition on February 14 and 15, 2024, in Nairobi.

One of the main components of the Africa Tech Summit is the yearly Investment Showcase, which brings together business executives, entrepreneurs, lawmakers, and investors from all over the continent to advance investment and business in the ecosystem.

The goal of the Summit is to connect industry experts, ventures, and investors.

Past ATS Investment Showcase editions have helped enterprises successfully gain investment, partnerships, and media visibility.

Former participant Edwin Lubanga, CTO and Co-Founder of Snark Health, disclosed;

“The post-event traction was remarkable. We established valuable partnerships with local companies.

The pitch recording and media coverage generated significant brand visibility, leading to a surge in sign-ups and downloads for our patient and doctor apps”.

Selected startups will present their innovative ideas to a broad range of national and international investors and tech executives, providing opportunities for possible investment and joint ventures.

They will also get full access to all workshops and networking sessions during the two-day summit.

To be eligible to apply, ventures need to be based in Africa, have at least one African co-founder, have an innovative product or service that is intended for mass market adoption, and be able to make an in-person presentation at the summit.

Applications are selected on a rolling basis, so it’s best to submit early.

Applications can be submitted till December 19, 2023.

Visit the website for additional information or to apply.
