Drum roll! Naspers sold about 22 million N Ordinary shares in Prosus NV—its internet assets division. This deal is in a bid to boost Naspers’ valuation.
Guess what? Nigeria-based Know Your Client Startup VerifyMe recently secured an undisclosed sum from Consonance Investment Managers. Verifyme will leverage the funds to grow its digital ID verification products.
