Tanzania has ordered all unregistered bloggers and online forums to suspend their websites immediately or face criminal prosecution, as critics accuse the government of tightening control of internet content.
While Tanzanian government is busy chasing bloggers around, Ten Kenyan girls’ teams have been selected for the 2018 Global Technovation Challenge semi-finals. They were drawn from secondary schools across the country, with more than 80 girls’ teams making submissions to this year’s competition.
