Mexican HRTech Hitch raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed round co-led by Evergreen Mountain Equity Partners and StartFast Ventures.

The startup, which uses artificial intelligence for recruitment, said in a statement that the funds will be allocated to technology and product development.

Gabriela Ceballos, CEO & Co-Founder of Hitch, pointed out in a statement that the recruitment of new talent in companies, early turnover, and the lack of digital solutions are costly problems for companies.

One of the firm’s great assets is the maximum flexibility that the tool offers its users to customize and digitize their processes.

At affordable costs, clients decide how to use the software, thus empowering their human resources teams.

Hitch was created in 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the mission to transform recruitment and selection processes to make them more efficient, simple, and assertive, all thanks to the use of technology and artificial intelligence.

To date, the hr-tech has processed more than 100,000 applicants and has collaborated with more than 50 Mexican and international companies in different industries like banking, financial services, technology, operations, and retail.
